The breakfast was great. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. We always have a great meal at the Laughing Loon which is close. The lady at breakfast was wonderful and the room was clean and well stocked. This is one of my favorite hotels and we usually try to stay here when we are in Williams Lake.

Friendly helpful staff, clean public areas and room was very comfortable. Disappointing the pool was not working. Breakfast was good, nice selection of items and the breakfast room was clean and it was easy to access the various foods and drinks.

The management and staff were very accommodating and friendly. We brought our U11 hockey team and they were very patient and understanding with all of our active team members. When we made special requests, the staff were very friendly and happy to try and make that happen. I also really appreciated the call back when we forgot something in the room after checkout. Although we completely forgot to stop and pick up the item before we left, I really appreciated receiving the call right away. Thank you very much.

One of the better looking hotels in Williams Lake. Relatively clean facilities - gym, swimming pool breakfast room Good breakfast menu Coffee & water at reception Room was nice and tidy - bed is comfortable

This hotel has a very good breakfast selection. The rooms are a good size and bed comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to the Laughing Loon for supper.

Everything was clean and working. The AC was easy to control and the bed comfortable. We forgot a wallet and the call us immediately which we really appreciate. We had a good experiencia 🙋♀️

Very clean room with kitchenette....microwave, fridge, cupboards and one of the most comfortable beds we've had on this trip. The couch and TV were well placed and we discovered little night lights in the bathroom. The breakfast had a lot of choices of cereals and pastries, juices and drinks. Staff was very attentive keeping items stocked and tables clean.
